The house is located in an alley at the bottom end of Grove Street. Ideally located between the city centre and the university, with a 20 minute short walk from the train station. The university is a 25 minute walk. The house is also close to Princes Avenue which has a large range of pubs, restaurants and cocktail bars. The property is on the outskirts of Pearson Park so in the Spring/Summer season, enjoy a nice walk in the park.
Situated 2 km from Hull New Theatre, Peaceful House near Pearson Park offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a shared lounge. It is located 2.6 km from Hull Train Station and offers a shared kitchen.
For parking, you may park on-street on Grove, and alternatively within Pearson Park which remains open 24/7.
